Mother denies Goa neglect
The mother of murdered Scarlett Keeling has denied she is guilty of neglecting her daughter and said she would not face such allegations in court.
Fiona MacKeown, who left Scarlett alone in India while the rest of the family went travelling, is being summoned to Goa to answer allegations of neglect.
Ms MacKeown, 43, of Devon, claims the authorities are attempting to cover up the 15-year-old's death as an accident.
