More misery for passengers
Passengers have suffered a sixth successive day of chaos on a main London to Scotland rail line on which a £9bn upgrade has just been completed.
Cable problems - the latest setback to hit the West Coast Main Line - meant no trains could run into or out of London Euston during the morning rush-hour.
In freezing conditions, passengers were taken to London from the Midlands by bus, taking up to 90 minutes longer.
