Super flu found in UK

Two cases of a "super flu" resistant to a common type of anti-viral treatment have been identified in Scotland.

The patients have been diagnosed with a strain that does not respond to Tamiflu, according to Jim McMenamin of Health Protection Scotland.

The symptoms caused by the resistant virus are no more severe than those triggered by normal influenza, but there are fewer treatment options.

No sympathy for train robber
DR (2/7) misses the point. The sentences given to the Great Train Robbers reflected the seriousness with which society then viewed the crime and the comparison with sentences today is irrelevant. This was, after all, robbery with violence.
