Palin accused over sacking
Sarah Palin "ventured where she should not have" and sacked commissioner Walt Monegan for not firing her former brother-in-law, Mr Monegan claims.
John McCain's running mate is being probed over the dismissal of Mr Monegan who allegedly would not fire Mike Wooten, an Alaskan state trooper.
Mrs Palin completely denies the allegations and has said Mr Monegan was fired over budgetary issues.
