Bomb attack 'out of date'
Northern Ireland's police chief has branded those behind a bomb attack which injured one of his men as out of date and out of time.
A booby-trap device exploded under the policeman's car as he drove through the village of Sparmount, near Castlederg, County Tyrone, on his way to work.
Chief Constable Sir Hugh Orde hailed members of the public who dragged the injured officer from his burning car.
