Prayers for murder victims
London Mayor Boris Johnson has joined thousands of Christians praying for an end to violence in the wake of the deaths of two teenagers in the capital.
Mr Johnson spoke at the Global Day of Prayer held at Millwall Football Club following the deaths of 15-year-old Lyle Tulloch and Jimmy Mizen, 16.
A two-minute silence was also held before a Mass in honour Jimmy Mizen at Our Lady of Lourdes in Wanstead.
