Footballer on burglary charge
A footballer is due to appear in court on a charge of burglary over the theft of cash and mobile phones from a nightclub staff room.
Southampton midfielder Nathan Dyer, 20, was charged alongside team-mate Bradley Wright-Phillips with the offence at the Bar Bluu club in Southsea, Hampshire.
Dyer will face Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, where Wright-Phillips will also appear on September 2.
