Woman challenges post office
A disabled woman can seek a ruling that the ongoing closure of post offices was sanctioned without regard to rules against disability discrimination.
A High Court judge said Judy Brown can seek a judicial review of decisions made by the Government and Post Office to axe thousands of post offices.
She claims the closure of her local Old Town branch in Hastings discriminates against her and other disabled people.
