EU to seek Georgia probe
EU nations are considering a call for an international inquiry into who was responsible for starting the five-day conflict between Georgia and Russia.
Foreign Secretary David Miliband and other ministers at talks in France said a probe is needed over claims of human rights abuses during the clashes.
The EU ministers agree an independent "high representative" is needed to help solve the stand-off peacefully.
