Murder victim 'refused fight'
A south-east London teenager murdered the day after his 16th birthday was killed attack after he refused to take part in a fight, police have said.
Church-going Jimmy Mizen, 16, became the 13th teenager to be murdered in the capital so far this year when he was attacked with glass in a bakery in Lee.
His father Barry said the "gorgeous and loving boy" was due to start a job with Southwark Council in the next week.
