An Australian driver landed in trouble after he secured a crate of beer in his car with a seatbelt - but left a five-year-old child unrestrained.
The 30-can pack was strapped in between two adults sitting in the back seat in Alice Springs, while the child was also in the back - on the floor.
Constable Wayne Burnett was "shocked and appalled" when he pulled over the car. The driver was fined £355.
