Tory leader David Cameron has become another victim of crime when he had his mountain bike stolen as he stopped off to buy some supper on his way home.

Mr Cameron chained the bike to a bollard while he went into a store near his home in London's Notting Hill, only to return and find it gone.

The thieves had apparently lifted the bike - and the chain - over the bollard and vanished.
