Aid failing to reach Haiti
Aid workers are struggling to release flood relief in Haiti as water split roads and filled the trenches, stopping trucks in their tracks.
Some 250,000 people are affected in Gonaives including 70,000 in shelters, an official claimed as the death toll from tropical storm Hanna rose to 137.
Hanna has now roared past the edge of the Bahamas, before a possible hurricane hits the Carolinas.
