Call to publish report
The review into the death of Baby P is a "manual" for improving children's services and must be published, shadow children's secretary Michael Gove said.
Mr Gove said it reveals in "narrative detail" precisely what went wrong in the lead-up to the boy's death and contains lessons for everyone involved.
Ofsted has called for the system of Serious Case Reviews to be re-examined following the death of Baby P.
