Rhys witness 'saw gunman'
A 14-year-old boy has told the Rhys Jones murder trial that he saw a hooded gunman in the seconds before and after the 11-year-old was shot in Liverpool.
The boy, who cannot be identified, was sitting with a friend in a tree behind the Fir Tree pub in Croxteth.
In a police interview played to the jury at Liverpool Crown Court, he said he saw a boy ride past "really fast" on a BMX. Sean Mercer, 18, denies murder.
