F1: Fota consider fuel ban
The Formula One Teams' Association is to consider a ban on refuelling when it meets in China this weekend.
Other possible rule changes up for discussion include shorter races, new testing restrictions and bringing in a competitive element to Friday practice.
McLaren chief Martin Whitmarsh said: "We are looking at the race format and testing. There are quite a few good ideas on the agenda."
