Donald close behind pair

Englishman Luke Donald is right in contention heading into the penultimate round of the Memorial tournament.

Donald carded a one-under-par 71 to end the second round on five-under overall, two strokes behind leading pair Matthew Goggin (72) and Kenny Perry (71).

Justin Rose shot a one-over 73 to reach three-under, but fellow countryman Brian Davis (81) endured a torrid day that saw him miss the cut.
