Charl battles illness
Charl Schwartzel hit a flawless seven- under-par 64 to take a share of the lead at the Madrid Masters, despite considering withdrawing from the event.
The South African admitted he is being troubled by a shoulder injury and is taking antibiotics for his illness.
He said: "I've had a sore shoulder and I've been sick for a while. I'm taking antibiotics and don't feel that strong. I was going to withdraw."
