Sony has announced that the PS3 motion controller is to be named "Move".

Prototypes were shown at E3 last year and the final device looks largely the same - and very similar to the Wii.

The nunchuck style "subcontroller" is wireless though and the colour-changing ball on the end of the main device works with the PlayStation Eye webcam to ensure more accurate control. A Move and Eye bundle will cost $99 (£66).
