Adebayor slams rumours
Emmanuel Adebayor has called reports he is set to leave Arsenal as "rubbish".
It had been claimed the 24-year-old striker was ready to follow Mathieu Flamini out of the Emirates unless he was handed a new bumper pay deal.
But Adebayor insisted: "I am very happy here and I love the club and the fans. We have had a good season, but next year we want to go one better by winning a trophy."
Wenger: No Hleb exit
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has played down reports linking Alexander Hleb with a summer exit from the Emirates.
Hleb's agent, Nikolai Shpilevski, claimed in a Belarusian newspaper that the midfielder will snub a new contract offer and leave the Gunners.
But Wenger told Arsenal TV: "You cannot stop people talking but at the moment there is nothing (to discuss). Usually all the players want to stay."
Wenger: Club comes first
Manager Arsene Wenger has warned any player who may be contemplating their Arsenal future that "what is good for the club" will always come first.
Alexander Hleb's agent claims the winger will leave this summer, while Mathieu Flamini has already walked out on a free transfer, joining AC Milan.
But Wenger insisted: "I have a responsibility. It is not what I like, it is not what the players like."
