Fergie words upset Tevez
Carlos Tevez has risked the wrath of Sir Alex Ferguson by reacting to the Manchester United manager's comments regarding his contract situation.
The 24-year-old has revealed his disappointment at speculation that he had rejected a new offer from United.
Tevez told Radio del Plata: "I didn't like him saying I didn't like the offer because neither my agent nor me were given one. I've been waiting."
Fergie talks up tussle
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has talked up the importance of Sunday's clash with Chelsea.
After September's 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge, this weekend's match at Old Trafford will bring an unusually early end to their league hostilities.
But Ferguson told Inside United magazine: "It doesn't matter when you play Chelsea, it's always going to be a massive game. We're aiming to win."
Kalou: We must not lose
Salomon Kalou admits Chelsea cannot afford to lose to Manchester United in Sunday's showdown at Old Trafford.
Kalou, who scored in Saturday's disappointing 1-1 FA Cup third-round draw with League One Southend, insists they must keep United behind them.
The striker said: "This game is crucial because if they win on Sunday they have the chance to build a lead over us as they have two games in hand as well."
