Mexican club Necaxa claim Colombian striker Hugo Rodallega has agreed to join Wigan later this month.

Necaxa revealed a deal has been done for 23-year-old Rodallega, who scored 15 goals in 36 games last season, but they refused to disclose any details.

Club spokesman Rosendo Duhart said: "It is a fact. Hugo is joining Wigan on January 15. I'm afraid I can't say much more but the transfer has been set."
