Sullivan 'says sorry'

Birmingham defender Franck Queudrue has revealed co-owner David Sullivan has apologised for his attack on players.

Sullivan claimed the club "bought a pile of rubbish" for their return to the Premier League last summer, but has since softened his stance.

He told Sky Sports News: "I spoke to him. He apologised to me and it's OK. He was sincere. It shouldn't have become public. He regrets it now."

Brady: We will be back

Birmingham managing director Karren Brady feels City will bounce back from relegation without changes at the top.

Co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold have both questioned their futures after being abused by fans at the final Premier League game against Blackburn.

Brady told the Sun: "I knew they would cool down and start thinking about the future and sure enough, they're already talking of promotion next season."

Larsson sweeps the board

Birmingham midfielder Sebastian Larsson has been voted the club's player of the year by both fans and players.

The Sweden ace scooped the player of the season award along with the Junior Blues player of the season, players' player of the season and the BRMB listeners' player of the season.

His wonder strike against Spurs in December landed goal of the season plus the moment of the season.
