Aragones denies reports

Spain coach Luis Aragones claims he is in the dark regarding the reported agreement for him to take over as coach of Fenerbahce after Euro 2008.

Aragones will be stepping down at the end of the tournament and according to reports in Spain the 69-year-old will then take over at the Turkish giants.

But Aragones said of the situation: "Right now I can't talk about anything, if I did know I would tell you."

Greece stick by Rehhahgel

Greece are to stick with German coach Otto Rehhagel despite their early exit from the tournament.

Rehhagel, who has been in charge since 2001 and led Greece to glory in the 2004 tournament in Portugal, signed a contract extension to 2010 in March.

Hellenic Football Federation president Vassilis Gagatsis said: "We'll remain together until 2010 as trust and support has kept this team united."

Greece v Spain

Greece will be without striker Fanis Gekas after he suffered a broken cheekbone in the defeat to Russia.

Giourkas Seitaridis, Vassilis Torosidis and Giorgos Karagounis are also likely to be sidelined through injuries.

Spain, who have already qualified, are likely to rest Carles Puyol (right foot), Santi Cazorla (left foot) and David Silva (ankle) after the trio were absent from training on Monday.
