England refuse Madrid tie
England are set to play a friendly in Spain next year - but it will not be in Madrid because of the racism they experienced at the Bernabeu in 2004.
Wednesday, February 11 is the likely date but a venue has yet to be arranged to face the European champions.
FA director of communications Adrian Bevington said: "(Coach) Fabio Capello requested the game but we are clear we will not play it in Madrid."
