Leeds launches new deals
Leeds Building Society has launched a three-year fee-free fixed-rate mortgage available with up to 90% loan to value.
The deal includes a free valuation, free legal services for remortgages, no higher lending charge and allows annual 10% penalty-free capital repayments.
Deals of 6.99% are available for 50% loan-to-value mortgages, 7.29% on 75% loan-to-value mortgages and 7.49% for 90% loan-to-value products.
