Equity release fees axed
Equity release specialist Just Retirement has axed up-front fees for its equity release mortgage range until the end of the year.
The firm's mortgages have interest rates starting from 6.3% APR for applicants aged from 60 to 65.
Just Retirement said the fee removal, which covers set-up and valuation costs, will save mortgage applicants £700 on average.
