Home credit loans comparisons
A website has been launched to help people compare the cost of home credit loans in a bid to promote competition.
The independent website is being set up following recommendations by the Competition Commission.
Home credit lenders offer short-term, small loans, often of as little as £100, to people on low incomes, but charges are high with customers paying the equivalent of 177% APR.
