Dracula sequel to be filmed
A sequel novel to Bram Stoker's Dracula is to be turned into a movie.
Dracula: The Undead is partly based on Stoker's original notes and other writings about characters that were not used. It's co-written by Stoker's great-grandnephew Dacre Stoker.
A screenplay is ready and the shoot, probably directed and produced by Jan De Bont, starts in June 2009. The film picks up 25 years after the original.
