Clarke wary of upset

Michael Clarke says the memory of the loss to Bangladesh in 2005 ensures Australia are not complacent ahead of Saturday's first one-dayer in Darwin.

The stand-in captain feels the five- wicket defeat in Cardiff, inspired by a century from Mohammad Ashraful, came as a result of Australian complacency.

He said: "I guarantee that won't happen this time. It's an opportunity for guys to cement their place in the team."

Tait set for comeback

Australia fast bowler Shaun Tait will return to competitive action next month after walking from the game in January.

Tait was awarded a central contract while on his sabbatical in April, but the 25-year-old will make his comeback on Australia A's India tour as he eyes a return to form in time for the Ashes.

He said on Cricinfo: "I'm relaxed and feeling good. I'm not expecting huge things but it's a great opportunity."
