Health and safety madness strikes again
Health and safety freaks are at it again. Dustmen are not allowed to pull wheelie bins if the wheels are touching a loose surface.
In central London back in the '60s, where were the health and safety, when real dustmen carried metal bins full of dampened down ashes on their backs up a couple of flights of stairs from the hotel basement boiler houses?
