Deaths 'were preventable'
The death of a university student in Derby and suicide of her killer could have been avoided, a coroner said.
Police believe Iraqi Kurd Khalid Peshawan killed Halimah Ahmed, 19, before hanging himself.
The coroner recorded a verdict of unlawful killing over the death of Miss Ahmed, but said Peshawan's suicide could have been prevented.
