BA cuts capacity further
British Airways has further reduced its summer 2009 and winter 2009/10 schedules and delayed the delivery of its fleet of Airbus A380 superjumbos.

The announcement came as BA revealed it carried 2.93 million passengers last month - 4.9% fewer than in June 2008.

BA said it expects its capacity for the period April-October this year to be 3.5% lower, rather than the 2.5% fall which was originally forecast.
