Travolta son 'died of a seizure'
John Travolta's son died of a seizure, an undertaker has said.
The official post mortem report has not yet been released, but Bahamian funeral home assistant director Glen Campbell said "the only cause of death that was listed was 'seizure'".
Jett had the rare Kawasaki disease, which can cause inflammation in vital organs and "death-like seizures" despite medication to control it.
Actor Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston were preparing to bring their son's remains home to the US from their holiday home in the Bahamas.
A hearse travelled from the undertakers to the airport after the Travoltas indicated they were going home.
But the hearse was dispatched as a ruse, and Jett's remains were actually being cremated, funeral home director Keith McSweeney said.
