Three Lions to roar
The first Test between England and New Zealand begins at Lord's on Thursday and we fancy the Three Lions to make a winning start, writes Les Sennett.
The hosts beat the Black Caps 2-1 in a series in New Zealand back in March, but they will be without Andrew Flintoff, who has a side strain.
England won 3-0 when the sides clashed on these shores back in 2004, and they can make a winning start here.
England hard to oppose
England are a best-priced 7/10 to beat New Zealand in the first Test at Lord's which begins on Thursday, and they get a confident vote.
The Black Caps are a good side, but several of their top players have been playing in the Indian Premier League, and that could well take its toll.
The Three Lions look the stronger batting side on paper, and the Kiwis look to be there for the taking.
